Future Focused AF brings together a group of emerging disabled leaders to explore identity, ambition and social impact. This conversation centers lived experience, from navigating education and employment to building confidence, community, and a sense of self.

Together, these speakers will reflect on what it means to claim space, challenge expectations, and redefine leadership on their own terms. Expect an honest and forward-looking dialogue about the barriers that still exist, the shifts that are already happening, and the future they are actively shaping.
