ACCESS GUIDE

We’re committed to making AccessFest an accessible experience for all. This guide includes everything you need to know about how to navigate the festival—from getting to the venue to accessing supports on-site.

GETTING THERE

TRANSIT

AccessFest is easy to reach by public transit. The nearest accessible subway station is St. Andrew Station, about a 5-minute roll/walk away. The King streetcar (504) stops right at David Pecaut Square, with a drop-off point near the main entrance on King Street West.

PARKING

There is limited accessible parking available near the venue. More details on exact locations and drop-off zones will be posted closer to the event date.

Site Access

Pathways & Surfaces

The entire festival site is wheelchair accessible with flat, barrier-free routes. Surfaces are primarily concrete and grass. A temporary accessible path will be installed on grass areas to support smooth navigation.

Entrances

The main entrance to AccessFest is located on King Street West, directly in front of David Pecaut Square. A secondary entrance is accessible off Wellington Street, which is closest to the Unfiltered AF tent. All entrances are step-free and wheelchair accessible.

Accessible Washrooms

A series of accessible portable washrooms will be available on-site, all of which are gender-inclusive. For guests who require a universal washroom with additional space or features, Metro Hall is located right next to the square and has public universal washrooms available during building hours.

Seating

AccessFest offers a variety of seating options to suit different needs. You’ll find benches, beanbags, and structured seating throughout the space, including in our lounge area. Priority seating will be available close to the stage for anyone who needs it. Just ask a team member if you need support finding a spot.
