Stacey Burnett is the Regional Manager of Motion Toronto, leading sales, service, and operations at the company’s largest location. With 25 years in the home health care industry, she has held roles across Administration, Sales, and Sales Management. A dedicated people leader, Stacey focuses on cultural transformation, team engagement, and individual development. She received Motion’s 2023 National Leadership Excellence Award, was named a finalist for the 2024 Canadian HME Woman of the Year Award and was awarded the 2025 Canadian HME Leader of the Year by VGM Canada. Passionate about education, Stacey and her team have supported Occupational Therapy students at the University of Toronto through bi-annual education sessions and student  placements. Committed to clients and community, she has contributed to initiatives supporting AccessNow, Unity Health, SCIO, and fundraisers such as Bloorview Capes for Kids.

Stephanie Cadieux is Canada’s first Chief Accessibility Officer (CAO), appointed under the Accessible Canada Act in 2022. Prior to her appointment, she was the first woman with a visible disability to serve in the BC Legislature and Cabinet, bringing a unique perspective shaped by lived experience and leadership at the highest levels of government. Known for collaborative and visionary leadership, Stephanie’s decision-making style is inclusive and evidence-based—she listens actively, seeks diverse perspectives, and balances innovation with practical solutions. She leads with empathy and strategic insight, building consensus while driving bold, systemic change, making her a trusted advisor and catalyst for inclusion.

Tori Hunter is a disabled entrepreneur, talent agent, and content creator who has built a growing platform at the intersection of accessible travel, personal storytelling, and career growth. Living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy and using a power wheelchair, her work is shaped by firsthand experience navigating the world through a disability lens.

What began as sharing travel itineraries and everyday experiences online has evolved into a bold and unapologetic platform that challenges assumptions about disability, ambition, and independence — showcasing what it looks like to build a full, dynamic life in a disabled body.
