AccessNow Foundation

A Decade of Impact and Innovation
For more than a decade, AccessNow has worked alongside people with disabilities, businesses, governments, and communities to make the world more accessible.
We’ve mapped places. Built technology. Delivered education. Influenced policy. Produced events. Supported research. Created spaces for disabled people to lead.
Along the way, one thing became increasingly clear:
Real change doesn’t happen through one organization alone. It happens when an entire ecosystem has the resources, relationships, and support to grow together.
That’s why we’re launching the AccessNow Foundation.
Introducing the AccessNow Foundation
The AccessNow Foundation is a not-for profit organization dedicated to growing the accessibility ecosystem in Canada. As an independent organization, we invest in disability-led research, grassroots education, cultural initiatives, and community programs that advance accessibility and inclusion. Through public engagement, collaboration, and innovation, we support the people, ideas, and partnerships shaping a more accessible future.

Unified Vision, Distinct Roles
AccessNow and the AccessNow Foundation are united by a shared commitment to accessibility, yet each plays a unique role in achieving this vision. The Foundation fosters research, education, and community-driven initiatives.
Together, they form a powerful alliance dedicated to creating an inclusive world where accessibility is a fundamental expectation.
