This series of interviews was conducted by me, Kim Gimbal, during the spring of 1996. I originally moved to Chico in 1971, and was witness to and participated in much that is discussed here. The interviews became quite conversational; at times I felt like I was the one being interviewed. I did occasionally interject my own memories and perspective into the discussions. I tried for the most part however, to let my subjects do the talking.
The AMUSINET Interviews chronicle thoroughly the lives and times of some very special and talented folks who have contributed greatly to the history and culture of Chico. I hope you find them both entertaining and informative.
