Whitelist and Blacklist

Overview

The whitelist allows you to specify email addresses or domains that should not be checked for spam. These are addresses you are confident will never send you spam.

The blacklist allows you to specify email addresses or domains that should always be considered spam. These are addresses that will never send you any legitimate emails.

Both lists can be accessed by going to Settings -> Anti-Spam. Select either your blacklist or whitelist.

Adding to the blacklist/whitelist

Navigate to either your whitelist or blacklist.

Click the button “Add an email address or domain”.

Enter the address or domain you wish to add. You can press enter and add multiple entries.

Click “Add Email or Domain” to finalize your entry.

Deleting entries from the blacklist/whitelist

Select the entries you wish to remove by clicking the appropriate checkbox.

You can also click the top-most checkbox to select all entries in your list.

Click “Delete” to remove the selected addresses.

Automatically Deleting Mail on Your Blacklist

If you have the option to discard mail enabled in your spam filtering settings (Settings -> Anti-Spam –> FuseFilter Settings, then mail that matches your blacklist will automatically be deleted. Please note that we do not recommend this setting as there is no way to recover a message if you accidentally blacklist a valid email address.
