Vacation Message

Overview

A vacation message is similar to autoresponder, but it applies to all mail that comes into your account, not just one specific alias/address.

Adding a Vacation Message

Select an identity that will be used to reply to all incoming message in the “From” dropdown.

Enter a subject that will show up in all autoresponses.

Enter a body for the autoreply that will be sent out.

Click “Update Vacation Message.”

Disabling a Vacation Message

To stop your vacation message, click on the “Disable Vacation Message” button at the top of the page.

The status message will update to show it is disabled.

Please note that it may take 5-15 minutes for changes to take effect.
