How do I change my User Name in Microsoft Outlook

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
   
2. From the Tools menu, choose E-mail Accounts...
   
3. Under the E-mail heading choose View or change existing e-mail accounts and click the Next button.
   
4. Click on your account name and then click the Change... button.
   
5. Under the Logon Information heading click on the User Name field.
   
   
6. Enter the corrected User Name into the User Name field.
   Shasta.com customers - If your email address is at shasta.com/awwwsome.com/tehama.net.... you will need to make sure the username in your email program setting is your full email address, i.e. johndoe@shasta.com and not just johndoe.
   
   Access Now Customers - If your username is already a full email address you do not need to make any changes to your username login setting. i.e. johndoe@chico.com, johndoe@oroville.com, etc. If it doesn't, then you need to add @now2000.com to the username, i.e. if the username is johndoe, change it to johndoe@now2000.com.
   
   
   
7. When you are finished click the Next button
   
8. Then click the Finish button
9. Go Test your email.
