Folder Management

Overview

Folder management allows you to manipulate folders.

Create

To create a new folder, select the folder that will be the parent of your new folder. If you are making a subfolder of the INBOX, you will select "Root Directory."

Enter the folder you are creating in "New Folder Name."

Select the folder type in the drop down. If you are creating a mail folder, choose "Mail Items."

Click Add Folder to create your new folder.

Rename

Select the folder you wish to rename by clicking on the radio button next to it.

Enter the new name in "New Folder Name."

Click "Rename Folder."

Move

Select the folder you are moving in the top selection box.

Select the folder that will be the new parent folder.

Click "Move Folder."

Delete

Select the radio button next to the folder that you wish to remove.

Click on the checkbox at the bottom confirming you wish to remove the folder and everything inside of it.

Click "Delete Folder Permanently."

Properties

Select the folder appropriate folder by clicking it in the provided list.

Click "View/Edit Properties."

The following page will allow you to choose what users the folder is shared with.

Certain types of folders also allow you to publish them at a URL.
