Default Folder Archiving

Overview

This feature allows you to move messages to an archive folder after a set condition is met. This can be based on the number of messages in a folder, the size of the folder (in megabytes), or the number of messages in the folder. This is useful as it helps the original (and more frequently accessed) folder load more quickly. The default folder archive settings will apply to all folders that do not have specific folder archive settings).

Setting Up Folder Archiving

Check the conditions that you wish to apply (you can select as many or as few as you’d like).

Click “Save Archive Settings.”

Please note that messages will not start moving for approximately 24 hours.
