How do I change my Account Name in Outlook Express/Windows Mail

1. Open Outlook Express/Windows Mail.
2. From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.
3. Click the Mail tab.
4. Click on your account name and then click the Properties button.
5. Click the Servers tab.
6. Under the Incoming Mail Server heading click on the Account Name field.
   
7. Enter the corrected Account Name -
   
   Shasta.com customers - If your email address is at shasta.com/awwwsome.com/tehama.net.... you will need to make sure the username in your email program setting is your full email address, i.e. johndoe@shasta.com and not just johndoe.
   
   Access Now Customers - If your username is already a full email address you do not need to make any changes to your username login setting. i.e. johndoe@chico.com, johndoe@oroville.com, etc. If it doesn't, then you need to add @now2000.com to the username, i.e. if the username is johndoe, change it to johndoe@now2000.com.
   
8. When finished click the Ok button
9. Then click Close button
